Ok, so i haven't taken any new pictures of the casa...I guess because there isn't one room thats finished yet. We are suppose to move somewhere around the 4th....hope we're through by then!!!!! Ready or not here we come!!!

We have most of the tile in, most of the walls and ceilings painted, ....still putting on baseboards, finishing bathrooms, gotta grout, fence goes up on monday....and a whole lot more!

This is the wet bar that was in the living room....there was a closet around the corner that backed up to it.....we tore them both out, turned the opening to the other side and now its gonna be an office!

Dining room....the wall you see is between the kitchen and the dining....it's already gone :)

The New Casa

Ok, it's been a LONG time since my last post!

Since then Koby's turned 32, we've bought a house, now have ours under contract, started demo-ing the new house, and Reegan's 3rd b-day is next week.

I haven't talked about the new house because i didn't want to jinx it. At one point we were going to have both houses (old and new) on the market and just see which one sold first! YIKES!

Tomorrow is the first official day of the old house (still living in it btw) being "Under Contract". The new houses is bigger and has 4 bedrooms. HOWEVER it is INSANELY out of date. Wallpaper in 4 rooms, linoleum (sp?), ugly old tile in entry, bad brown and white poured marble counter tops and tub, popcorn ceilings,....anyway, you get the picture.

Here are a few of the before pictures and a little bit of the plan! (hhhmmmm.....I'm missing a few pictures....)

Living Room: These are the things leaving this picture: built in cabinet, brick to the right of the fireplace, popcorn ceiling, carpet, and tile in entry hall (cant really see it) Things coming: 5" baseboards, tile, more lighting

Reegan's bathroom. (all the counter tops in the baths look like this). Foil wallpaper and counter top are coming out. replaced with textured and painted walls and tile counter top, paint cabinets.

Kitchen: wallpaper anyone? things going: wallpaper, tile above sink, trash compactor, fluorescent light, linoleum (bubbled up)fake wood floor, and counter top. and we're painting the cabinets. (the room behind the kitchen is the laundry room).

I really have lost some pictures...master bath, dining room....hmmmm. I'll find them and post em! But you get the idea!
